From Berlin’s printed underground to global fashion relevance.
032c is a cultural platform rooted in Berlin’s sharp edges and soft rebellions. Launched in 2000 by Joerg Koch as a biannual magazine, 032c began as a printed space for critical writing, art, architecture, and politics. What started on paper eventually grew into its own universe—one that now includes fashion, publishing, and a global community.
From Page to Product
032c’s transition into fashion wasn’t planned in the traditional sense. What began as branded merchandise naturally evolved into garments that mirrored the spirit of the magazine: provocative, functional, and always aware of context. Under the creative direction of Maria Koch, the label’s clothing line emerged with purpose. It was never about chasing trends but about building a visual language rooted in workwear, street culture, and editorial thought.
The result is 032c Workshop—an ongoing series of collections where utility meets concept. Garments are direct, graphic, and grounded. They speak the same language as the magazine: considered, confident, and culturally sharp.
A Brand That Thinks
032c doesn’t just make clothes. It builds narratives. Every piece feels like part of a larger conversation, whether it's a faded longsleeve referencing archival prints or a clean-lined shirt that recalls Bauhaus clarity. The brand’s visual identity is unmistakable—strong typography, monochrome palettes, and silhouettes that blend discipline with subversion.
What keeps 032c relevant isn’t volume or hype. It’s consistency. A focused, Berlin-born point of view that doesn’t try to be everything but says exactly what it means.
