Lacoste’s FW25 show marked a subtle yet decisive turn — shifting from athletic legacy to cultural narrative. Creative Director Pelagia Kolotouros once again transformed the Philippe-Chatrier clay court at Roland-Garros, this time evoking the elegance of 1920s–30s Parisian soirées, as imagined through the world of René and Simone Lacoste.
Kolotouros blended modern tailoring with fluid movement: oversized blazers met technical knits; tailor-made polish danced alongside performance fabrics. Whites, creams, and camels set a refined tone, while forest green and bold magenta riffs disrupted the palette with youthful energy.
Heritage shows up in the details — pin-on crocodiles, pleat work, embroidered motifs — not as logos, but whispers of legacy woven into design. And for the first time, evening wear emerged: opulent green gowns, bead-laden adornments, and flapper-Esque glamour added new dimensions to the brand´s narrative.
Surrounded by a captivated crowd — Venus Williams, Adrien Brody among them — the runway echoed with modern beats, while guests received green leather keepsakes and soft blankets on their seats.
FW25 doesn’t just present Lacoste. It redefines it — sport meets cultural elegance, heritage reimagined for a new era.
