In the creative world of Henrik Vibskov

The name Henrik Vibskov is synonymous not only with a fashion label but also with a series of twisted yet captivating worlds created for each collection. Recent show titles like "The Sun Will Shine On The Assembly Line," "Biblioteca of Micro Selves," and "Bird In Face" exemplify the unique and mesmerizing universes he crafts.

Since graduating from Central St. Martins in 2001, Henrik Vibskov has produced 46 collections. He has been a staple on the official show schedule of Paris Men’s Fashion Week since January 2003, and in May 2012, he was inducted as an official member of the Chambre Syndicale de la Mode Masculine.

When he is not designing biannual collections or creating their corresponding universes, Henrik tours as the drummer for electronic musician Trentemøller and exhibits at art museums and galleries worldwide. His exhibitions include notable venues such as PS1 – MoMA in New York, Palais de Tokyo in Paris, ICA in London, Zeeuws Museum in Holland, Kiyomizu-Dera Temple in Kyoto, Japan, Wilhelm Wagenfeld Haus in Bremen, NAI Nederlands Architectuur Instituut in Rotterdam, The Textile Museum in Washington, USA, and Galerie Emmanuel Perrotin in Paris, in collaboration with Elmgreen & Dragset.

Henrik also collaborates with choreographer and scenographer Alexander Ekman and musician Mikael Karlsson on various creative projects, designing costumes for performances such as A Swan Lake with The National Norwegian Ballet, The Escapist with The Royal Swedish Ballet, and Cow with The Finnish National Ballet.

Henrik Vibskov’s collections are sold in carefully selected shops worldwide, including Harvey Nichols in Hong Kong, Fenwick in London, La Garçonne in New York, and his own stores in Copenhagen and New York.
